Both. The commercial contract is signed by the company, but the operational relationship is direct with the person and family relocating. They have a single PRS contact from day 1.
Yes. The entire journey — from the pre-arrival call to the 365-day check-ins — can be done 100% in English. Written communication too: contracts, paperwork, reports to HQ.
We work with partner immigration firms. The most common is the work visa under Law 25.871 (24a). We take the case from apostilled paperwork to the physical DNI in hand.
Enrollment in bilingual and international schools: Lincoln School (Neuquén), Cardenal Newman, British Schools, Northlands, St. George's. We support the admission interview and the curricular transition.
Fixed fee per family, split into milestones (contract signing 30%, arrival 40%, day 90 30%). The amount depends on the package: short-term (60 days), full-relocation (365 days) or corporate tier (multiple families / year).
We plan for it. There's a repatriation module: closing the home, cancelling utilities, the move back. We coordinate with HR to analyze the causes and improve future processes.
